- Do all packages include Web & Mail service?
- Yes. All packages are considered "domain hosting", packages which include Mail, Website and DNS hosting for your domain. This is standard (common) in the hosting industry. All of our packages include our Business Pro email hosting which is a fully featured mail service with spam filtering.
- Do you offer CPANEL and Plesk Hosting?
- Absolutely. We support CPANEL (most common) hosting for most hosting services and we also offer Microsoft ASP hosting on our Plesk Panel servers.
- Can I install Wordpress or other CMS?
- Yes. Both our CPANEL and Microsoft Plesk Panel servers fully support WordPress and other CMS Platforms like Joomla. Our CPANEL hosting (most common) includes a software menu allowing you to auto-install Wordpress in just a few clicks.
- 'Business Pro' mail service - what's that include?
- We refer to our custom mail system as our "Business Professional" mail and includes the following features: IMAP/POP3 Support, SSL Encryption, WebMail, Spam Filtering, Whitelisting/Blacklisting, Mail Learning (spam-filter-training).
